Furnished with several vintage vanities, dressing mirrors, chairs for hair and makeup, and a private area for the bridal party to get ready for the day.

A uniquely decorated room featuring a wall of antique mirrors, corner electric fireplace, a grand piano, seating area, and situated between the Groom's Parlor and the Bridal Suite. This space is excellent for the family to enjoy a quite space and use for a drop off area of decor and supplies. 

A well thought out bar-service with openings to the reception pavilion and to the dance floor. Equipped with a large fridge, bar sink, commercial coffee pot, and counter space. (Note: images in photo are for reference only and not supplied)

A small seating area to prepare coffee and tea and to seek respite during the event 

A large indoor pavilion featuring romantic chandeliers, lighting, sliding barns doors and French doors open to extend outdoor seating for parties greater than 180.

Adjacent to the Reception Pavilion, great area for dancing and closest to the DJ area. Also used occasionally for seating for large parties or an outdoor ceremony location.

60" round folding tables (seat up to 8 people per table). 32 tables available.

Round table linens in White, Ivor or Black. We ask these are professionally dry cleaned after the event and return within 48 hours.

6' and 8 ' banquet tables available for head table, buffet tables, etc. Linens available in white, ivory or black.

Live wood edge custom long tables with adjustable height legs - available as appetizer stations, gift table, reception table, head table and more.

Available for use are several large spindle tables.

Outdoor propane heaters. We just as that you supply the propane.

Assorted chalkboard signs 

Onsite parking adjacent to the venue.

You provide the parking lot attendants.

Vintage glassware is available for the use of the wedding party. Additional glassware rental is available.

Add floral, fruit or candy! Makes a wonderful addition to any centerpiece. Rental per item. Assorted designs available.
